Jason Eades is an Aboriginal man born and raised on Gunnai country in eastern Victoria. He is currently employed at Social Ventures Australia as the First Australians Practice Lead and Director, Consulting.

With more than 25 years experience in leadership roles within the Indigenous-for-purpose sector, Jason was the inaugural CEO and one of the founders of PwC Indigenous Consulting. He was also CEO of the Koorie Heritage Trust for seven years, and had three-year terms at Mirimbiak Nations Aboriginal Corporation (Native Title Representative Body) and as CEO of Ramahyuck District Aboriginal Corporation. Jason is a non-executive Director at AIME (Australian Indigenous Mentoring Experience), and a member both of the Australia Council’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Arts Strategy Panel and of the National Film and Sound Archive Indigenous Connections Committee.

Jason is passionate about the arts and culture, as well as initiatives that encourage young people to reach their full potential.
